Operation requirements for compressors
The first load operation of the compressor is carried out after the empty operation and purging are completed. The compressor should operate under load according to the following requirements [5]:
1. After driving, gradually close the vent valve or oil-water blow off valve and run the compressor at 1/4 rated pressure for 1 hour; Operate for 4-8 hours at 1/2 rated pressure.
2. The compressor should operate at the minimum pressure without any abnormal phenomena before gradually increasing the pressure;
For large high-pressure compressors, the operating time at nominal pressure shall not be less than 24 hours;
During operation, check the following items:
(1) The pressure, temperature, and supply situation of lubricating oil. The oil pressure shall not be lower than 1 kg/cm2 before being sent into the distribution pipeline system. The lubricating oil temperature inside the crankcase or body should not exceed 60 ℃ for compressors with crossheads. The temperature without a crosshead shall not exceed 70 ℃.
(2) The compressor runs smoothly, and the sound of all moving parts should be normal.
(3) Measure the inlet and outlet water temperature and check the cooling water supply. The cooling water should not flow intermittently or have bubbles or blockages. The temperature of the cooling water drainage shall not exceed 40 ℃.
(4) All connecting flange parts, shaft seals, intake and exhaust valves, cylinder heads, and water jackets must not leak air, oil, or water.
(5) The operation of the intake and exhaust valves should be normal, and the safety valve should be sensitive.
(6) There shall be no looseness in any connecting parts.
(7) The measurement of exhaust temperature and pressure values at all levels should comply with the regulations of various technical conditions.
(8) The heating condition and current value of the electric motor should comply with the regulations.
5. After operation, dismantle and inspect the following items:
(1) Disassemble all levels of air valves and front covers of all levels of cylinders, check the friction of the cylinder mirror surface, and identify the cause if there are friction marks.
(2) Check the friction on the surface of the piston rod, there should be no scratches or pulling marks.
(3) Disassemble all levels of air valves, check the fit between the valve plate and the valve body. If there are cracks in the valve plate, replace it with a spare part.
(4) Check the friction condition of the cross skateboard and the friction surface with the body guide rail.
(5) Disassemble the connecting rod big head tile and cross head pin, and check the friction condition of the friction surface.
(6) Replace the lubricating oil inside the machine body. After the initial operation of the compressor; Due to the running in of various parts and the cleaning effect of lubricating oil, a large amount of fine metal powder enters the lubricating oil. Therefore, after 24 hours of operation, the machine should replace all lubricating oil. After running for 200 hours, change the oil again. After replacing twice, change the oil according to the regular maintenance requirements.
In order to achieve uniform lubrication, sufficient lubricating oil must be provided throughout the initial operation.
